BLACK PHANTOM: ANOTHER 3 SONGS FOR HORROR MOVIE SOUNDTRACKS
After last November announcements of their participation to the soundtracks of 4 UK & US independent movies (‘CREATURES’, ‘CHARLIE’, ‘HE KNOWS’ and ‘SCHOOL HALL SLAUGHTER’), Italian metallers BLACK PHANTOM have just revealed new details about 3 further collaborations.
- ‘HORRORWELT’, a vampire horror movie, written and directed by Larry Bones of Bone Yard Effects, which will begin its shooting in California in late spring, and will be full of gory special FX! The band gave to this film the exclusive track “Blutsauger”, a new version of the classic “Black Phantom” with lyrics dedicated to the bloodthirsty legion of vampires from ancient Germany starring in the movie!

- ‘NIGHT OF THE AXE’, an 80s-style slasher/horror, written and directed by Shawn Wright of Facemelt Features, which is being filmed in these very weeks. For this movie Black Phantom have written an exclusive & unreleased song, which will be recorded in March at the usual Octopus Studios in Magenta (MI).

- ‘HILLSBOROUGH ROAD’, another 80s-style slasher/horror, written and directed by Erick Kaslov and co-produced by Larry Sands, which recently wrapped up its crowdfunding campaign. The film will be shot during 2021 and Black Phantom have reserved another unreleased track, written specifically for this movie and currently being arranged.

“We are really honoured and excited about all the interest in BLACK PHANTOM coming from independent Horror movie companies, which is by the way a genre that has always fascinated us” says bassist Andrea Tito, leader of the band. “These 7 collaborations that we have announced are only the beginning, since we have as many agreements in the works for the coming weeks. - ‘HORRORWELT’, un horror sui vampiri, scritto e diretto da Larry Bones della Bone Yard Effects, le cui riprese inizieranno in California a fine primavera, e che si prospetta essere pieno di effetti speciali sanguinolenti! A questo film è stato dato il pezzo “Blutsauger”, una nuova versione del classico “Black Phantom” con liriche dedicate protagonisti della pellicola, ossia una legione di vampiri provenienti dall’antica Germania ed assetati di sangue!
